The Foundation

The Community Foundation is a non – profit organization, which was established in 2008 in Cluj-Napoca, with the intention of supporting the talent, diligence, knowledge, solidarity and values which exist in a community and contributing to the shaping of a more humane environment.

The Foundation works to carry its aims by promoting the organization of cultural, educational, social, communal and sports activities; it strives to accomplish this with the support of talented children and young people. However, it also wishes to assist young adults and children with health problems, as well as to the organizations which are helping them. The Foundation devotes special attention to cooperation programmes spanning borders, for the strengthening of partnerships among central and eastern European people.

The Board of Trustees of the Foundation wishes to invite applications and to announce programmes which can make it possible to realize the above mentioned targets.

The official partner of the Foundation is MOL Romania, which, as an integrated in the MOL group, considers it a part of its social responsability policy to support gifted young people who are struggling with health problems.
