Participants in the programme have the following rights according to the data protection law nr. 677/2001: the right to enquire (paragraph 12), the right to access data (paragraph 13), the right to the amendment of data (paragraph 14), the right to disagreement (paragraph 15), the right to take the case to court( paragraph 18). In order to assert these rights, you can write to the Community Foundation at the following address: 407513 Vlaha, nr. 64, Cluj-Napoca, or by fax 0264 374077.

The Community Foundation guarantees the confidentiality of data of all participants in the Programme. Personal data is processed in order to identify the participants, to contact the winners and to make payment as included in the guide of the Programme. The personal data of the participants is not forwarded to any third party, it is not used for any other purpose and is deleted at the end of the Programme.
